For more than 70 years, REHAU has provided in-depth knowledge and manufacturing of various PEX plumbing, hydronic and radiant systems.

This tech session will consist of an over-view of product along with hands-on assembly!

We will discuss PEXa, as well as some of the differences from other PEX manufacturing methods. We will cover the need for O2 barrier pipe for hydronic heating applications, including radiant floor heat and snow/ice melt systems.

We will discuss REHAU’s unique PEX fitting system, EVERLOC+, as well as the common cold expansion F1960 fitting system and the crimp fitting system. Tools will be available for attendees to make fittings, including a demonstration on larger diameter fittings.
